We would be delighted to continue to provide your car insurance cover for another year. We will send your renewal invitation so that it is with you at least 14 days before your renewal date. The renewal invitation will show the following;
You should check these details carefully and tell us about any changes since last year. You should call us on 0800 027 6670 if you are unsure of what to tell us about. Any changes could result in a change of terms, conditions or premium.

If you pay annually and have no changes to make to your policy then you can pay online by clicking here. Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 027 6670 and we will be happy to help.
Unless you tell us otherwise, for your convenience and protection we will automatically renew your insurance policies.
If your vehicle is involved in an incident, we want to make the process as straighforward as possible. For this reason we have an accident action line that operates from 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We also have an emergency accident helpline that operates outside these hours.
If you need to report an incident or make a claim, please call us on 0800 280 2029 where one of our claims consultants will be happy to help you.
If you decide to cancel your policy please call us on 0800 280 2203 where one of our customer service consultants will be happy to help you. We will only cancel the policy under your personal instruction. Alternatively, you can send your request in writing (please specify the date you wish the policy to be cancelled from) enclosing your certificate of insurance to;
